Black Bean BBQ

On November 18 2006, Jim Bergin closed his local restaurant on Summerfield Rd. in Santa Rosa. As Jim moved on from the restaurant, Black Bean BBQ catering was born. 

Today Jim caters Texas Style slow smoked BBQ all across the North Bay. He prides himself in providing a simply delicious meal.

Jim loves to travel to events or festivities with his crew and can accommodate any sized crowd (with lots of advanced notice of course!). Whether you desire an intimate setting for a wedding reception or a feast for employee appreciation day, at Black Bean BBQ we love taking our slow smoked Texas Style BBQ on the road.




We use a dry rub and slow smoke our meats in our pit for many, many hours which produces juicy, fall off the bone pork ribs, melt in your mouth brisket, succulent, tender chicken and our pork butt is to die for! We can create a special menu for your occasion and offer vegetarian options as well.
