We cater to Sonoma and Napa County wineries including B.R. Cohn, Tara Bella, Landmark Vineyards, Gallo and Harvest Moon, just to name a few. We love to travel for just about any event or festivity and can accomodate any sized crowd (with plenty of advance notice of course!). Whether you desire an intimate bbq for a wedding reception, a feast for employee appreciation day, or an all day business seminar, we love taking our slow smoked Texas BBQ on the road.
We use a dry rub and slow smoke our meats in our pit for many, many hours which produces juicy, fall off the bone pork ribs, melt in your mouth brisket, succulent, tender chicken and our pork cushion is to die for! We can create a special menu for your occasion and offer vegetarion options as well.
Our catered meal includes your choice of meat (s), 2 Side Dishes (All made fresh daily in house) Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Black Beans, Chili or a Mixed Spring Green Garden Salad, Dinner Rolls & Dessert. It includes paper plates and plastic cutlery and is served buffet style.
Groups of 100 plus: 1 meat - $13.95, 2 meat - $14.95, 3 meat - $15.95
Groups of 60 - 99, add $1.00
Groups of less than 60, add $2.00.
Add 9% sales tax. Staff gratuity is not included in the pricing and is at client's discretion.
We use free range, hormone free local chicken. Organic meat choices are available for an extra charge of 50 cents/person.
Minimum charge for any event is $200.00. A travel charge will be assessed if the event is over 10 miles from 6705 Petaluma Hill Rd., Penngrove, CA 94951 according to mapquest.
